We had our AC go out this year during the hottest week of the year and have had problems since it was installed. We had the original company come out many times and others to fix it only to break again and again. During the hottest week of the year, it went out again and we found Valliere and Craig. It turns out that it probably had some issues since it was installed but no one ever figured out the real problem. Craig came out and stuck with it to find the real problem and fix it right and for good. It turns out many big parts were just flawed and Craig used his influence with the manufacturer to get me a whole new outside unit at no charge. The whole system now actually works better than when it was installed!!!! I should have called Craig 5 years ago and will never call anyone else.
