Valliere came out after hours and fixed my mother’s AC unit and did an amazing job. The tech was able to diagnose the system fast and their prices were very reasonable. The tech even took the time to check out my system after the repair and offered to address a few maintenance issues, Very happy that I have someone who does what they said they would do and helped us out in a pinch. I called in a fall service for my furnace with my home warranty. The company serviced both my furnaces but recommended the replacement of one of them. So I called in the service request for repair and a different company was sent out saying nothing was wrong with the furnace and didn’t need replacement. Both companies showed me pictures and explained their reasoning. So I needed a 3rd opinion. Valliere provided me with an honest opinion that allowed me to save time and money. I wasn’t able to use them this time, but I certainly will if the opportunity presents itself.

Our ac went out upstairs and they came out within an hour and worked most of the day and fixed it for us. Very thorough and professional. Didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need. Would definitely recommend it to anyone needing work done.

Steven has been to our home on every occasion that we needed them. He is always professional, courteous, and keeps us informed on what he is doing and what needs to be done. They have been honest about every repair and work diligently to get the needed repair at the cost that’s right. No overcharging or upselling, just honest repairs. My air stopped cooling at 8 pm. I call they helped me over the ph everything worked great! They installed my AC, and they were very good at getting it in they were clean about everything, and they are all very considerate of us! They aim to please! I have been using them for at least 20 years! They are always very prompt!! I recommend them to everyone!

My parents used them to replace a single-stage 4 4-ton system and were so impressed by their professionalism, quality workmanship, and cleanliness that when it came time to replace both my systems I gave them a call. Even though I’m in central Houston they came the same day and Steven and Allen walked me through options and we decided to reconfigure some return air ducting to improve airflow. Went with two Trane systems, a 4-ton, and a 5-ton. Big job but they were done in less than 2 days including all the ductwork and cleanup. Craig himself came out and did the final walk-through and balancing of the system. AC systems are not cheap and poor installation and design can mean a huge waste of money. These guys do it right.
